Use :

Shake the tube well before each use. 1) Apply a thick layer of the treatment to the skin and joints. Leave on for 10 to 30 minutes. You will feel all the benefits of Manicouagan mud. 2) To apply as a poultice, cover the clay with plastic wrap and leave on for at least 4 hours. 3) To apply as a purifying treatment before shampooing, leave on for 10 minutes on dry hair. Rinse with warm water. For greater effectiveness, do not let the mud dry once applied. If necessary, moisten it with water.

Avoid contact with eyes.
