The Violet is a flower that has grown since ancient times around the Mediterranean. It was traded in Athens 400 years before Christ. It was used for its medicinal properties, whether as an ointment or herbal tea. It was also called the Violet of Mars, because it was during this period that it produced flowers. Since the scent of violets relieved headaches, the Romans braided them to make wreaths.

Violet’s floral scent is fresh and delicate, giving off a green grassy scent.
