Use :

For the body scrub:
Take a warm shower or bath for at least 10 minutes to prepare your skin for exfoliation.
Lather yourself with black soap, massaging it all over your body with the palm of your hand.
Rub vigorously with the special hammam scrub glove to remove impurities, focusing on the areas where the skin is thickest: knees and elbows. Rinse thoroughly.
