Use :
Shake the tube well before each use.
- Apply a thick layer of the treatment to your skin and joints. Leave it on for 10 to 30 minutes. You’ll feel all the benefits of Manicouagan mud.
- For application as a poultice, cover the clay with plastic film and leave to act for at least 4 hours.
- To apply as a pre-shampoo purifying treatment, leave on dry hair for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water. For best results, do not let the mud dry once applied. If necessary, moisten it with water.
Avoid contact with eyes.
